Zayed feels designer’s plagiaries street fashion
Stylish actor Zayad Khan, who wows his audience and fans with his smart but unique dressing, cut a smart one on designers when he said that their lines are mostly copied from street fashion of different cities across the world.
“I shop from the streets of Goa and Bangkok. I feel designer’s plagiaries stuff that are bought from the streets,” quipd Zayed Khan. Obviously his comment is more in the lighter vein. The actor incidentally just walked the ramp for designer Rocky S at the Lakme fashion Week. And he says he had high regards for the Rock’s design. “Rocky has been a very dear friend of mine. I agree with him when he says designer garments are expensive and inaccessible. His show, where I walked, was to break the audience notion and show that affordable garment could look beautiful and style perfect,” says the actor. “Rocky never fails to impress. He always makes sure that we all look best and made according to everyone’s persona and physicality,” he adds.
Rocky’s lines ranged from sophisticated formalwear, party-wear to casual and ultra-casual clothes. “The whole line is very fashionable and affordable. The first show was presented to show that affordable dresses could be also very fashionable. That was the whole energy of the show,” he concluded.
