Birthday Special: Hottest songs of Emraan Hashmi

24-03-2015

Emraan Hashmi has come a long way from being just the designated serial kisser of Bollywood. Over the years, this talented actor has emerged as a capable performer in addition to being a very capable romantic. But one way he has been especially blessed is when it comes to featuring in chart-buster songs. Credit it to the Bhatts or just Emraan's plain luck but few actors can boast of so many hit songs. And today on his 36th birthday, we take a look at some of Emraan's hottest songs.

Pee Loon:

Annoying as it may sound to some, Pee Loon by Pritam was incredibly catchy and turned out to be the standout feature of Once Upon A Time In Mumbai. The sweet romance between Emraan and Prachi Desai was a pleasant change from Hashmi's usual sexy fare.

Zara Sa:

Zara Sa from Jannat was a powerful love ballad packed with plenty of sensual moments between Emraan Hashmi and Sonal Chauhan. This is Emraan Hashmi at his best with Pritam and KK as the brains behind the music.

Woh Lamhe:

The song that catapulted Atif Aslam to fame, Woh Lamhe ideally set the stage for many more such Emraan Hashmi songs to come. Shamita Shetty lacks the sultriness of Emraan's other heroines though our serial-kisser more than makes up for it by doing everything in the video from dancing atop mountains to bathing in bath tubs.

Haal-e-Dil:

Haal –e-Dil from Murder 2 is probably the reason most people rushed to the theaters to watch this movie. Featuring the gorgeous Jacqueline Fernandez, Haal-e- Dil is a beautifully and generously shot video with the only shortcoming being Hashmi's atrocious haircut.

Bheege Honth Tere:

The song that probably started it all – Bheegey Honth Tere from Murder remains Emraan Hashmi's most popular numbers. Hashmi and Mallika Sherawat spend most of the video locked in various seductive poses. They even quiver and squirm in each others' arms atop a water tank overlooking the city so extra points for daredevilry. Mallika naturally looks gorgeous throughout the song making us wish she hadn't stooped down to the level of Dirty Politics.

Here's wishing Emraan Hashmi a very very happy birthday. Which song would you like to dedicate to the serial kisser on his birthday? Do let us know in the comments section below.
